Coinbase valuation has been skyrocketed to $77B according to trades on the Nasdaq Private Market. In the third week, the price has reached $303 per share, 50% higher than the first-week price of $200. Just to remind you that the market capitalization of ICE is around 63 billion.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"4936\">Coinbase Global, Inc. announced that it has confidentially submitted a draft registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.futuresandoptions.gr\/en\/sec-charges-robinhood-financial-with-misleading-customers-about-revenue-sources-and-failing-to-satisfy-duty-of-best-execution\/\">SEC<\/a>\u201d). The Form S-1 is expected to become effective after the SEC completes its review process, subject to market and other conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"68d3\">This announcement does not constitute an offer to sell or the solicitation of an offer to buy any securities.
